Handwriting
In Yew class we are developing our pre-cursive handwriting and some Year 2’s are beginning to use this in their writing. You will have been sent home a pre-cursive letter formation guide to help your child with learning these when at home (see below). Children have access to 'Letter Join'; the handwriting scheme we currently use. Letters have been sent out with log on details for this useful resource. Letter Join will show videos demonstrating how to form letters as well as providing you with the opportunity to print hard copies to practice writing on.
