Welcome

Stoke Canon Primary School aims to provide a happy, caring Christian atmosphere, where children can learn and develop to the full, supported by close co-operation between parents and the school. As a small school, we take pride in providing a friendly and caring atmosphere in which children can learn and grow.

We are a busy, friendly school, situated 3 miles north of Exeter. Children who attend our school live in Stoke Canon, Rewe, Poltimore, Huxham and Netherexe, as well as the northern fringes of Exeter.

About Our School

We cater for pupils between the ages of 2 and 11 (from preschool to year 6) and currently run 4 classes. There is also an on-site Breakfast Club from 7.30am and After School Club, providing 'wrap round care'.

Federation

We are part of the Three Rivers Federation and work closely with Clyst St Mary Primary School which is our partner school just outside Exeter. It is important that we recognise and respect both the parts and the whole of our federation. Each school has its own culture and ethos, aims and values. Although the important elements that make up our schools are similar, what makes each unique are how these shine through in our staff and our children.

We hope that you enjoy your visit to our web site, and that you find any information you are looking for. Please feel free to leave comments in the Guestbook, or contact the school direct (details on the Contact page) with any queries you may have. Thank you for visiting.
