Making Wind socks
Harvest- Preparing fruit to make fruit smoothies. Making bread rolls and then enjoying eating freshly baked bread rolls and fruit smoothies.
Sukkot is a Jewish Festival. They build a hut which is an open air structure in which to live and eat during the festival.It is also known as "The Festival of Tabernacles".
Keep fit with Joe Wicks during Covid times.
Decorating the Christmas Tree.
Spring Term 2021
Victorians- The children dressed as Victorian children and experienced a school day. They then compared how things had changed from the Victorian times to the present school day in Stoke Canon.
Summer Term 2021.
The children have entered a Royal Mail Postage Stamp Competition. They had to design and draw a picture of the hero or heroes of the coronavirus pandemic that they would like to see on a postage stamp.
" Boo to a Goose" Production seen by Year 1/2 and Reception Class on Monday 5th July. Photographs show very excited and engrossed faces of children having a lovely time.
Journey to Japan. Our theme throughout the Summer Term was Japan and based on the Olympic Games. We had several activities which included-
Writing our names in Japanese.
School Games at the school field.
Working with a local artist to make our own Cherry Blossom tree.
